Christmas in July 2019

Well my annual Christmas in July was a thoroughly fabulous day.  Lots of friends came, and some new friends too which was wonderful.  They all enjoyed making these festive projects, and having a good old chinwag.  The Christmas music was playing in the background, the mulled wine (non alco) was mulling, and we just enjoyed a really great social day.

In case you're wondering, the little box contains a single tealight candle - it's the cutest gift ever!

Boho/Glasto

This week we went a bit hippie following a customer request for some Glastonbury themed cards.  Bit of a challenge for me, but I came up with making tie die style background paper using watercolouring, with a glittery dreamcatcher and some sequins of course.  Then naturally camping and a camper van had to feature, along with dancing in the moonlight.  Lastly I made a card based on some lovely boho fabric I saw online - a great way to use up all those bits of trimmings, and everyone did a different colour scheme.  Great fun, and very different from my usual cards.
