We are Sailing

This is the first stamp and die set I bought from the new Stampin' Up! catalogue as we're always looking for new ideas to make cards for men - aren't they just too difficult to make things for sometimes?  I included a bridge fold card, just because it's nice to make different shaped cards for a change.  The designer series paper also provides a fantastic range of patterns in coordinating colours, making it easy to create something eyecatching.  I love the little details like the rope and knot, ship's wheel, and the compass hands are attached with a brad so they move round.  The papers included some very nice stripe designs in different colours, so I've kept them for a future project.  I love it when items are so versatile.
